1. Fully support Talent Acquisition Manager in recruitments by planning strategy to attract Talents in labor market, building up talent pool and effective Employer Branding foundation to respond all recruitment requirements.
2. Screen application forms and short-listing applicants.
3. Support to develop the talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
4. Support the employment branding initiatives.
5. Support the Onboarding Programme or Employee Retention program are performed as planned
6. Assist the probation assessment process and employee exit process.
7. Supervise the department order and keep documents.
8. Support employee database, recruitment analyze.
1. Any University Graduate with HR Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or human resources management or equivalent.
2. Minimum (5) Years working experience in related field.
3. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
5. Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
6. Good Understanding in Myanmar Labour Laws.
7. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
