Senior HR Manager

Description and Requirement

  • Prepare submit Annual HR Plan in line with Annual Business plan to Senior Management and upon approval, implement the HR Plan.
  • Responsible for planning and implementing annual Training programmed to improve knowledge and skills of staff members.
  • Responsible for implementation of Performance Management System to improve productivity.
  • Propose and implement talent development plan.
  • Develop, get approved, implement, and evaluate all human resource policies, procedures and structure.
  • Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures in coordination with other functional departments.
  • Handle Grievances (if any) in close coordination with WCC.
  • Contribute HR Analytics in Management Decision Making
  • All HR Policies are applied in all HR Management & Development functions in Compliance with Myanmar Labour Laws.
  • Payroll processing time and pay day consistency.
  • Develop and monitor budgets for administrative activities.
  • Oversee office and facility management ensuring optimal working conditions for staff and workers.

Requirements

  • Any university graduate with HR Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or human resources management or equivalent.
  • Experience in educating and coaching staff.
  • Minimum (3 to 5) years working experience in HR manager role.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary process and workplace investigations.
  • Good understanding in Myanmar Labor Laws.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
