he Risk Management Manager is responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks across the bank’s operations. This role ensures that the bank complies with regulatory requirements and maintains a robust risk management framework to safeguard the organization’s assets, reputation, and financial stability. The Risk Management Manager will work closely with various departments to implement risk management strategies and promote a risk-aware culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Risk Identification and Assessment:

Identify and evaluate potential risks (credit, market, operational, liquidity, compliance, and reputational) across the bank’s activities.

Conduct risk assessments and scenario analysis to determine the likelihood and impact of risks.

Develop and maintain a risk register to track and prioritize risks.

Risk Mitigation and Control:

Design and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to minimize exposure.

Monitor the effectiveness of risk controls and recommend improvements as needed.

Collaborate with business units to integrate risk management into their processes.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure the bank complies with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Stay updated on changes in regulations and advise senior management on potential impacts.

Prepare and submit risk-related reports to regulatory authorities as required.

Requirements
Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., FRM, PRM, CFA) is preferred.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in risk management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
