We are seeking an organized, creative, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to serve as the key liaison between Rise and our external marketing partners. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education, branding, and digital storytelling. You’ll be responsible for ensuring marketing efforts align with our school’s values and aesthetics, capturing day-to-day moments, and sharing them with our parent and community audience.
Liaison & Project Management
Coordinate with external marketing agencies and vendors to ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
Maintain and update marketing calendars and content schedules.
Review and provide feedback on marketing materials to ensure brand alignment.
Brand Stewardship
Uphold and represent the school’s visual identity, voice, and core values across all materials and platforms.
Ensure all communications are consistent with Rise’s brand guidelines.
Content Creation & Social Media
Capture photos and videos of school activities, events, and classroom highlights.
Proactively identify shareable moments and stories within the school.
Manage and post content to the school’s social media platforms (primarily Facebook), keeping the community engaged and informed.
Draft light copy for posts, newsletters, or web updates as needed.
Internal Communication Support
Collaborate with teachers and staff to gather news, announcements, and achievements.
Organize and curate materials to be shared with parents.
A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and responsibility.
Highly organized and deadline-driven, with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable using a camera or smartphone to take quality photos and videos.
Able to write clearly and concisely for a parent audience.
Experience or interest in school environments, education, or child-focused content is a plus.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (experience in a school setting is a bonus).
Proficient in basic photo/video editing tools and social media management (especially Facebook).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with brand guidelines and visual storytelling.
