(1) Manage day to day supervision of Daily Attendence.
(2) Keep Record of employee's leaves requisition and ensure that all leave request are approved by relevant supervisor or HODs.
(3) Report and keep records of daily attendance, onduty, leave & absenteenism.
(4) Record leave balance ledger for each employee.
(5) Calculate attendances of branches' employees for their monthly payroll process and overtime allowance.
(6) Monthly without pay leaves and lates records for HR Payroll process.
(7) Required documents supported for internal & extend audit examination.
(8) Annual leave balance reports for resigned or dismissed or trminated staffs to refund.
(1) Age under (25)years.
(2) Any Graduate(Prefer HR Diploma & other related diploma).
(3) One or Two years experience in related field.
(4) Proficient in Miscrosoft word & Excel.
