Description and Requirement
Job Description
To carry out recruitment and related functions.
To plan and offer trainings and annual promotion exams for the employees.
Develop training and development programs
Record the training attendance list of the internal and external training and provide the training evaluation issues.
To help HR manager in the cases of meeting and singing contracts with external organizations
To discuss, prepare and plan for the job fairs with concerned departments.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (Any graduate)
Diploma in HR.
Prefer Master degree in Business Administration (or) Public Administration.
Good communication and leadership skill.
Positive thinking
Good presentation skill
English (Intermediate Level)
Able to work under pressure.
