1. Supervise and mentor branch staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
2. Monitor branch profitability and implement strategies to acheive financial goals.
3. Address customer inquires, complaints, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
4. Identify new business opprtunities and maintain relationships with key customers.
5. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
6. Develop and manage branch budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
7. Oversee the management of daily branch operations.
8. Prepare regular reports on branch performance for senior management.
Any Graduate
Age between 35 and 45 years
Minimum of 8 years of experience in banking
Myanmar/English(Moderate)
T24 Banking Software, Microsoft Word, Excel , PPT
Proven experience in a managerial role in Banking
