Supervise the whole inbound process (receiving, QC, inbound, handover)
Supervise the Inbound team on ground and promote efficiency (attendance, behaviour, SOP, productivity, 5S)
Supervise the whole aftersales process (reception, inspection, item testing, refund decision, handover)
Supervise the Aftersales team on ground and promote efficiency (attendance, behavior, SOP, productivity, 5S)
Maintain good efficiency during high volume periods and commercial campaigns.
Meet targets and improve main KPIs (Lead-time, Productivity, Losses, Costs)
Collaborate with project managers to implement projects and improve processes.
Ensure SOP compliance and promote lean management and 5S methodology on ground
Participate in other activities of the Warehouse (Inbound, Inventory, Outbound, Aftersales, Services)
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s
Relevant experience in an inventory position.
Successful experience in working as a team.
Interest for logistics and e-commerce.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Able to use Microsoft Office Suit (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Warehousing System and Mobile App
