Valuation Associate (URGENT)
Overview
Reviewing and Analysing financial statements to determine the fair market value of assets Communicating with clients to gather additional information about assets or liabilities such as appraisals of real estate holdings Calculating capital gains and losses which involves estimating future income potential and risk exposure over time periods such as month or years Calculating interest rates using various methods such as average rates, present values and internal rates of returnReviewing sales prices of similar properties to determine whether prices are reasonable Analyzing historical data to identify trends in the market or industry that may affect the value of assets being evaluated Reviewing contracts to ensure they comply with legal requirements and accounting principlesPreparing and presenting valuation reports to clients or other stakeholders
Benefits
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics (Part 2) or ACCA (Part 3) or other relevant qualifications (Eg: FMVA or etc)
