To assist the lead teacher in preparing learning materials/aids to be used for classroom games and activities
To assist teaching in reviewing, grading and recording homework and tests
To ensure the classroom is ready for lessons
To provide individual assistance to children who need additional one-on-one time to master lessons
To build a warm, trusting relationship with students and parents
To maintain, observe and assess each student's progress throughout the learning period
To ensure the safety of the students within the classroom, on field trips and throughout the campus
To supervise Young Learners during break time, pick-up and drop-off.
To participate actively in regular team meetings and promotional events
Job Requirements
The Teaching Assistants will have the opportunity to work with our lead teachers, supporting them both inside and outside of the classroom.
He/ She will be responsible for assisting the lead teacher with daily duties including grading papers, offering additional support to students in small groups.
He/She must hold Bachelor’s degree in English or related field, and teaching Certificate in TESOL/ TEFL or equivalent.
He/She is expected to have good level of English (IELTS 5.5/Intermediate and above)
