Description and Requirement
Recruitment & HR Support:
- Post job openings and screen resumes.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and job portals for candidate sourcing.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews with internal teams and external recruiters.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in background verification.
- Handle offer letters, contracts, and pre-employment documentation.
- Support new hire onboarding and maintain employee records.
- Maintain candidate databases and generate recruitment reports.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and industry best practices..
Administrative & Office Management:
- Oversee office administration, supplies, and document management.
- Maintain records of office assets (furniture, IT equipment, appliances).
- Manage company vehicles (registration, insurance, servicing, and fuel tracking).
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and procurement with vendors.
- Ensure compliance with policies and prepare reports on assets and vehicle usage.
Requirements
- HR Certificate or Diploma In HR a related field.
- Any Graduated or No Longer Continuing School (Above High School Level)
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, office administration, asset, or vehicle management..
- Experience working with recruitment agencies
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
