Sr HR/Admin Staff

Description and Requirement

Recruitment & HR Support:

  • Post job openings and screen resumes.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and job portals for candidate sourcing.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews with internal teams and external recruiters.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in background verification.
  • Handle offer letters, contracts, and pre-employment documentation.
  • Support new hire onboarding and maintain employee records.
  • Maintain candidate databases and generate recruitment reports.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and industry best practices..

Administrative & Office Management:

  • Oversee office administration, supplies, and document management.
  • Maintain records of office assets (furniture, IT equipment, appliances).
  • Manage company vehicles (registration, insurance, servicing, and fuel tracking).
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and procurement with vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and prepare reports on assets and vehicle usage.

Skills

Requirements

  • HR Certificate or Diploma In HR a related field.
  • Any Graduated or No Longer Continuing School (Above High School Level)
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, office administration, asset, or vehicle management..
  • Experience working with recruitment agencies
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
