Job Description:

As a social media marketing Specialists, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve business objectives. You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing various social media platforms to enhance the online presence of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:
  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure the effectiveness of strategies.
  1. Platform management:
  • Manage and maintain the company’s presence on key social media platforms such as Facebook, Instragram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitors and respond to comments, messages, and mention in a timely and professional manner.
  1. Campaign Execution:
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with broader marketing efforts.
  1. Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPLs) such as reach, engagement, conversion, and sentiment.
  • Provide regular reports on the performance of social media efforts and make data driven recommendations for improvement.
  1. Community Building:
  • Build and nurture a community of followers and brand advocates.
  • Foster relationships with influencers and other relevant stakeholders to amplify the brand message.
  1. Ad Campaign Management:
  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, ensuring efficient budget allocation and optimal targeting.
  1. Stay Compliant:
  • Stay informed about and adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and guideline related to social media marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platform.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute innovative ideas.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast – paced environment.
