We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in the Construction & Engineering industry. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and engineering, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role. Key
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines
- Monitor construction progress and quality of work
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Implement and enforce safety guidelines and regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site
- Keep detailed records and documentation of all activities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
