Description and Requirement

Objectives

  • Plan, direct and manage the activities and sales of a product to the customer.
  • Establish sales, target, goals and training programs for sales associate.
  • Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
  • To achieve quality objective of Showroom by developing sales and customer satisfaction.
  • To minimized risk factors and maximize opportunities  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities ·        

  • Develop and maintain productive sales organization; creates policies and procedures, set quality objectives, identify risks and opportunities for showroom operations. ·        
  • Manage and lead activities involving sales of products and services, oversee sales associate and showroom staffs. ·        
  • Monthly review, measure and evaluate sales volume, customer feedback and services.
  • Provide plan and solutions if necessary, for positive outcomes. Monitor, evaluate monthly quality objectives achievement and risk and opportunities of Showroom ·        
  • Assist and cooperate with team for the assigned duties and other duties as per required with prompt action and timely manner.

  • Monitoring — Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.  

Qualifications       
  • Any Graduate         
  • Certificate/ Diploma/ or Degree holder in related field.   
  • Experience - Minimum three years experiences in Showroom sales management
