Showroom Manager
Overview
Objectives
Plan, direct and manage the activities and sales of a product to the customer. Establish sales, target, goals and training programs for sales associate. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers. To achieve quality objective of Showroom by developing sales and customer satisfaction. To minimized risk factors and maximize opportunities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain productive sales organization; creates policies and procedures, set quality objectives, identify risks and opportunities for showroom operations.
· Manage and lead activities involving sales of products and services, oversee sales associate and showroom staffs.
· Monthly review, measure and evaluate sales volume, customer feedback and services. Provide plan and solutions if necessary, for positive outcomes. Monitor, evaluate monthly quality objectives achievement and risk and opportunities of Showroom
· Assist and cooperate with team for the assigned duties and other duties as per required with prompt action and timely manner.

Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- Certificate/ Diploma/ or Degree holder in related field.
Experience
- Minimum three years experiences in Showroom sales management
