Senior Sales Executive will be the key point of accountability within Duwun for the revenue achievements through media products
Dimensions of the Role
- External: Coordination with any potential Clients, existing Clients
- Generate revenue by achieving the revenue targets
- Internal: Operations Team, Media Buying Team
- Represent company in the networking events
Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success and to generate the 70% of existing contracts renewal
- Represent company to INGO , FMCG and Electronics clients
- Build trust and long-term relationships with clients
- Manage records of sales, revenue, and other important data by regularly updating into CRM software
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of the company
- Ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients
- Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
- Ensure Internal/ External communication and Relationship are well maintained
- Coordinate with Editorial teams to ensure operational priorities and products are successfully aligned to be monetized
- Develop commercial partnerships with the potential client to hit the defined sales target
- Ensure all the projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements
- Hard Skills
Microsoft Office, Sales force software, power point, Proposal Making, reporting, Fluency in both Myanmar and English
- Soft Skills
Interpersonal Communication Skills, Negotiations and Relationship Building, Analytical and result oriented
- Knowledge
Update on Industry trends, Time management, Knowledge of Sales Process (from initiating to closing the deal)
- Experience
Proven records of sales target achievements
- Academic Background
