Responsible for developing a plan to achieve sales target.
Responsible for carrying out prospecting calls.
Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with customers in need of the firm’s freight transportation services.
Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships.
Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution.
Represent the firm in negotiating and building relationship with shippers and carriers.
Responsible for aiding successful pick-up and delivering, and over the road assistance while customers’ freight moves across worldwide Sea, Air and land.
Build relationship and sell to clients through phone or one-on-one.
To prepare and submit weekly /monthly reports detailing progress against targets.
Strong ability to with strand stress and continues work.
Perform Cold-calling and work to build a book of businesses.

Bachelor's degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged.
Minimum over two years of relevant work experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding field / Sales & Marketing.
Good command of English communication both of speaking and writing.
Excellent interpersonal skill, attitude and team work. Proficiency in computer, email, MS office, Excel skills.
Able to be works well under pressure.
