Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives, increase market share, and drive revenue growth in the logistics industry.
Lead, guide, and coach a team of sales representatives to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
Forecast, analyze, and design appropriate sales and marketing plans and strategies for various logistics services, such as Multi-Modal Transport, Dry Port, and Warehousing Services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing customized logistics solutions. Maintain existing customers through up-selling, cross-selling, and providing excellent customer service.
Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure adherence and provide accurate information to customers.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management, highlighting sales performance, market trends, and potential areas for growth. Prepare action plans for individual team members as well as the overall team to effectively search for sales leads and prospects.
Conduct one-on-one reviews with subordinates to improve communication, identify training and development needs, and provide insights for enhancing team sales and activity performance.
Prepare Profit & Loss statements, budgets, sales forecasts, and sales pipeline reports for each project.
Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends, and evaluating results.
Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Undertake any tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, and customer services, Logistics, or related business filed.
A master's degree is a plus.
Proven track record of success in sales management, particularly in logistics services.
At least 7 years of experience of significant work experience with a proven track record in Sales & Marketing and Customer Services In-depth knowledge and understanding of various logistics services, including Multi Modal Transport, Dry Port, and Warehousing Services etc.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast market trends and evaluate sales performance.
Proficiency in preparing financial statements, budgets, sales forecasts, and sales pipeline reports.

Proven track record of bring in new business and a natural ability to drive sales.
Must be able to read, write and speak English very good level.
