Sales and Marketing Manager

Description and Requirement

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and lead the sales & marketing team, setting performance goals and providing training as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.
  • Develop and manage branding strategies to enhance company visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Creativity in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, Social Media Ads, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
