Description and Requirement

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our products, natural fertilizer, focusing on both existing and new products.
• Visit farms, shops, and markets to introduce our products and explain their benefits.
• Build and maintain good relationships with farmers and dealers.
• Encourage customers to try our new product and provide feedback.
• Collect customer feedback and market information to improve sales strategies.
• Achieve sale targets and expand to new areas.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Any graduate (or relevant experience in sales or agriculture).
• Experience in agriculture sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel and visit customers in different areas.
• Must be active and motivated to drive sales for all products.
