- Minimum 5 yrs experience in (Local & Export) sale & marketing field
- Can be setup of Sales Team
- Must have Driving License
- Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the Sales Team
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Job Description
- To develop and implement an overall marketing and sales strategy for company products (Plywood).
- Develops marketing action plans that clearly define objectives, goals and schedules.
- To carry out a program for market research and analysis including market segments, buying trends and competitor analysis.
- Verifies reporting of sales and marketing activities , including leads generated and tracking reports, sales orders received , sales by product, backlog reports and customer lists and determines appropriate reporting frequency, such as weekly and monthly.
