Job Requirements

  • Any Graduated (preferable Business Management)
  • Between Age (30 ~ 40)
  • Minimum 5 yrs experience in (Local & Export) sale & marketing field
  • Can be setup of Sales Team
  • Must have Driving License
  • Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the Sales Team
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Job Description

  • To develop and implement an overall marketing and sales strategy for company products (Plywood).
  • Develops marketing action plans that clearly define objectives, goals and schedules.
  • To carry out a program for market research and analysis including market segments, buying trends and competitor analysis.
  • Verifies reporting of sales and marketing activities , including leads generated and tracking reports, sales orders received , sales by product, backlog reports and customer lists and determines appropriate reporting frequency, such as weekly and monthly.
