Job Description

  • Consistently offer professional service in accordance with the operational standard.
  • Clean all assigned guestrooms.
  • Report necessary maintenance items for assigned area such as guest rooms, corridors, pantries.
  • Follow up departmental P&P (policies and procedures) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) accordingly.
  • Maintain Cleanliness of guest rooms by performing cleaning tasks daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and as per supervisors’ instruction.
  • Check room status discrepancy daily.
  • Report DND rooms daily.
  • Deliver AM service, PM service in time , on time with high standard.
  • Be attentive to guest requests and deliver prompt and efficient service.
  • Report immediately on issues related to safety and security .
  • Control and use room keys carefully.
  • Comply Safety regulations set by the management and department.
  • Report Lost and found items and send to HK office.
  • Report breakage and missing of hotel properties in assigned area.
