Description and Requirement
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Chain Manager to oversee the operations of our multiple restaurants within the chain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Food & Beverages industry, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.
1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and profitability of the restaurant chain.
2. Supervise and support the individual restaurant managers in achieving their targets and maintaining high standards of service.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
4. Analyze financial reports and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and take appropriate action.
5. Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales.
6. Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain relationships to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
2. Proven track record of at least 5 years in a managerial role within the Food industry.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
