- Reservation Manager is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient operations in the department through prompt, effective and proper reservations service to achieve maximum room revenue in order to meet or exceed the revenue target.
- Supervising General Job Performance of reservation staff implementing of policies and procedures under guidance of Front Office Manager or Director of Room, training, responsible and perform any other duties might requested by Director of Sales and Marketing or Director of Room and Front Office Manager.
- Having knowledge of entire Reservation Procedure according to Standard operation ProcedureResponsible for Hotel and Local
- Reservations and Reservation - Links to All website
- Handling of correspondences and guest complaints
- Responsible for various reports and supply to each department concerned
- Knowledgeable in hotel and guest room facilities/service/promotion/package and ensures reservations staff are equally knowledgeable
- Monitoring Telephone Manner and general performance of reservation staff daily
- Monitors and coordinates group reservations activity with the Sales Department and Director of Room and Front Office Manager
- Follows up tentative bookings and update reservation status
- Reviews no-show and cancelled reservations and processes charges according to hotel’s policy
- Review room blocking for Long Stay, Business Suite, Shop and special group request
- Minimum 3 years as Supervisory and above
- A high level of competence in using MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Knowledge of Opera System is required
- Hospitality Certificate is preferable
- Bachelor Degree
- Must possess a professional presentation
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Adaptable and has the right attitude and work well with team respectfully
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety and security procedures
- Experience in managing staffs
