Job Description

• Monitoring daily and weekly occupancy, average room rates
• Provide general information to guests as requested
• Provide all hotel guests with a high level of friendly , courteous , personalized service
• Be sure to use the guests' names minimum of twice during a conservation
• Quick reply to reservation confirmation and quotation, special requests
• Updating travel agents and companies contracts
• Provide other departments with the information they require to ensure the hotel's smooth operation e.g. accommodation extensions, early departures for housekeeping
• Ensure all operating equipment is properly handled and maintained at all times
• Maintain good communication with Sales especially
• Help promote and sell the hotel's facilities at every opportunity
• Good in English and must have opera system background knowledge
• Be alert to anticipate guest’s needs and desires
• Be well-informed with local tourist information

The reservation staff is responsible for coordinating all aspects of individual, group and convention room requirements in a uniform and consistent manner.
To maintain a consistent and uniform standard of service at all times so as to establish the Sedona Hotel Yangon as the most preferred and visible 5 star hotel in Yangon.
