Description and Requirement
We are seeking a talented and experienced Purchasing Manager to join our team in the F&B industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing within the F&B sector.
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies for our Food & Beverages department
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing and terms for products
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan purchasing accordingly
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing efficiency
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
- Oversee inventory management and maintain optimal stock levels
- Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to track performance metrics
Requirements
- Any Graduate (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relate field preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven track record of successful procurement and negotiation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Minimum of 5 years of purchasing experience in the Food Industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Can communicate in English
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
