Project Coordinator (Customer Service)

Description and Requirement

  • Assist the Project Manager in defining project scope, developing, maintaining, and tracking project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with project team members and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution and alignment with requirements.
  • Monitor the project status, timelines, proactively identify delays, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and escalate them as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and deliverables.
  • Support the Project Manager in ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to refining project management processes for greater efficiency.
  • Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies.
  • Provide high-level administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on track.
  • Provide regular project updates and performance reports to the Project Manager.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project-related work.
  • Familiarity with customer service operations and foundational knowledge of project management principles.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure while project deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
