Supplier relations – assist in maintaining positive relationships with international suppliers, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly, while coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
Logistics & shipping – coordinate the logistics of international shipments, including transportation, customs clearance and work with shipping companies to track and ensure smooth shipment, export and import processes
Reporting – prepare regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, cost analysis and supply chain trends to management for review
Procurement support – assist in the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, contract management and evaluating supplier proposals and quote as per management guideline
International sourcing – collaborate with international suppliers to source goods and services in compliance with international and local trade laws, manage procurement of goods across different countries, dealing with import/export regulations and customs
Documentation & compliance – ensure all procurement documentation, including contracts and import/export permits are complied with trade laws
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
Minimum 3 years experience in logistics and supply chain management
Knowledge of customs regulations, and procurements
