Procurement Executive (Win Myint Mo Industries Company)

Description and Requirement

1.      Job Description

• Facilitate development of relationship with existing and potential suppliers and research potential vendors for all business requirements.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
• Handling multiple vendors and sourcing from the most reliable and price efficient vendors.
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
• Review quality of purchased products.
• Maintain internal records and databases for vendors, prices, purchase history, invoicing etc..
• Enter material order details and report to management for purchasing process.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Sourcing the market price & product quality from local and oversea supplier depends on the product.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure that all aspects of regulatory compliance, including Procurement Policies and financial procedures, are followed.

• Perform other work-related duties as assigned if required.

2.      Job Requirement

• Male, Age is over 28 years.
• Any Degree and Diploma or certificate in supply chain management.
• At least 5 years of experience in Procurement Field and background experience in the same role from mining industry is an advantage.
• Great networking and liaison skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and targets.
• Well-developed and sound decision and negotiation Skills.
• Work Hard / Good Attitude
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills are essential.
• Good finance knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of how the mining industry operates the production process.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of procurement principles.
