• Assist in the development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Power Apps.
• Support the team in managing and deploying Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with users to understand requirements and provide basic support for Power Apps
usage.
• Identify and resolve common issues related to Power Apps and related integrations.
• Document processes, changes, and troubleshooting steps.
• Follow up on user requests and update status accordingly.
• Report to duties and responsibilities assigned by the Engineer, Sr. Engineer, or Unit Leader.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and integration with Power Apps.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
• Must be eager to learn new technologies and improve technical skills
• Certifications in related fields (such as Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals) are a plus
