PET Machine Operator (Hlaing Thar Yar)(Yangon)

Overview

1. Daily activities of plant operation and monitories
2. Keeping records. All records related to production maintenance (schedule)
3. Making daily reports
4. Make sure all machines run properly and solve if any breakdown occurs
5. Mold change Mold maintenance – Activity and Records
6. Handling heavy equipment and parts by using overhead crane.
7. Carrying out and planning activities
8. Full filling the shift production requirements.
9. Production data logging in computer.
10. Keeping the shop floor Hygiene and clean
11. Environmental aspects and health & safety risk
12. Bachelor/ Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronic)
    At least 3 years of working experience in Production or Maintenance field in factory
13. Prefer who have working experience in PET preform production/ beverages industry
14. Must have maintenance knowledge about factory tools and equipment
15. Prefer who has experience in injection molding machine operating
16. Must be able to use Microsoft office package
17. Must be able to work under pressure to meet production timeline and in breakdown conditions
18. Must be able to work in assigned shift and responsible for shift
19. Living near Hlaing Thar Yar area is more preferable
