Overview
Job Descriptions Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the management Coordinates all aspects of executive level manager appointments, meetings, receptions and conference calls Arranges travel and accommodations for management Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques (with Excel) and provide reports Work closing with management to prioritize business and information needs Manages day to day calendar(s) of management Schedules and attends meeting, taking notes and recording minutesJob Requirement Any graduate, prefers to Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Mathematics/ Statistics Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Positive attitude and willingness to learn Computer literate in Microsoft word, Excel ant Power Point, etc.
