Description and Requirement

  • Issue Resolution: Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues to minimize disruptions.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of operational procedures and workflows.

  • Tool Management: Support in maintaining and updating tools/software for operational efficiency.

  • Training Support: Help with onboarding new team members and assist in delivering basic training.

  • User Assistance: Provide day-to-day support for team queries and tool-related troubleshooting.

  • Communication: Share updates, changes, and best practices within the team.

  • Coordination: Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operational alignment.

  • Compliance: Follow established policies and ensure quality standards are met.

  • Petty Cash: Assist in Petty Cash clearing

Office Administration Management: Providing administrative supports

Requirements
