Description and Requirement

NOC engineers means they are an expert in the management and monitoring of a network from any centralized location. A technical NOC team is comprised of skilled IT & NOC engineers. They watch the IT environment, and ensure that the uptime and connectivity of the IT systems are seamless 24/7.

  • Monitor all critical IT objects in Technology
  • Follow troubleshooting procedures in an effort to resolveproblems and documentation
  • Contact engineer to correct and maintain network operations
  • Escalate problems as needed to engineering staff
  • Records daily performance statistics
  • Open, update, and close trouble tickets
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Must have the ability to do basic troubleshooting on Network/Server
  • 2- 3 years NOC Experience required in Telecommunication orBanking environment ( Fresh Graduate also welcome )
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • IT Related Degree
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Able to work in 24/7 Environment
