We are currently seeking a talented and experienced National Sales & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in the Medical & Healthcare industry. This is a full-time position that offers a great opportunity for the right candidate to take charge of developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans on a national level.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in the Medical & Healthcare industry.
- Manage and lead the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and attend industry events to network and promote the company's products/services.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive brand loyalty.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or) Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in sales and marketing within the Medical & Healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel nationally for client meetings, trade shows, and other events as required.
