Description and Requirement

Responsibilities

  • Negotiating contracts and overseeing production budgets to ensure that expenses are within limits
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met
  • Monitoring the content production process to ensure that quality standards are met
  • Reviewing videos to ensure that they meet company standards and specifications
  • Coordinating all aspects of a production, which may include hiring talent, renting equipment, scheduling crew members, and arranging travel plans
  • Developing budgets for projects based on script breakdowns and estimates of production costs
  • Orchestrating digital content strategies across all online platforms.
  • Knowing which platform different kinds of content are best suited to.
  • Manage existing monetization (in-stream ads) network relationships and accounts.
  • Project and grow revenue for the YouTube, Facebook, website and other properties.
  • Check and review the content implementation to:Spot opportunities to improve revenue.
  • Spot issues that could degrade revenue performance and user experience.
Requirements
  • Work with internal teams (content production, content marketing, video edit, etc) to run successful monetization strategies.
  • Analyze partners’ performance through KPIs like RPM, CPM, view rate, earning per page/ channel, etc.
  • Manage, report, track & improve metrics for C level Management.
  • Understand revenue trends and suggest changes to increase revenue.
  • Reach out to potential ad network partners to improve revenue.
