Description and Requirement
We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in improving production efficiency, ensuring safety standards, and optimizing equipment performance in our facility.
- Responsibilities include repairing and maintaining equipment, machinery, and other mechanical systems.
- Establishing manufacturing or installation standards or specifications through detailed calculations.
- Supervising factory and M&E staff performance, providing instruction as needed.
- Implementing strategies to minimize food, machine, and labor wastage.
- Proactively managing raw material inventory to prevent stock shortages.
- Efficiently controlling labor and materials to meet production targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards is a plus.
