Marketing Manager

Description and Requirement

  •  Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive student enrollment and brand awareness
  •  Plan and execute offline campaigns (events, school fairs, workshops, partnerships)
  •  Lead digital marketing initiatives (social media, website, SEO, paid ads)
  •  Oversee media buying across digital and traditional platforms to optimize reach and ROI
  •  Build and manage brand collaborations with educational partners, influencers, and corporate sponsors
  •  Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
  •  Manage the marketing budget and team to achieve KPIs

Requirements

  •  Has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  •  Bring 3~5 years of marketing experience, preferably in education or service industries.
  •  Has hands-on experience with media buying, negotiation, and ad placement across digital and traditional channels.
  •  Is confident managing both traditional and digital marketing platforms.
  •  Has strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  •  Is proactive, creative, and results-driven.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
  • Strong experience in media buying
  • Proven experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and promotions on Tiktok, Facebook, Viber, Youtube, Messenger Broadcast Channel
