  • Assist the Marketing Manager in all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, and budgeting.
  • Attend cross-departmental meetings, working groups and briefings that affect the delivery of events.
  • Assisting in developing and executing partnership strategies to foster collaboration and align the organization's objectives.
  • Assisting in negotiating and structuring partnership agreements, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations are established.
  • Supporting the procedures related with government departments, international organizations, associations.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop event concepts, themes, and design briefs that align with management.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing graphic designs for event invitations, brochures, banners, signage, and other marketing materials.
  • Design and produce event branding elements such as logos, event badges, name tags, and stage backdrops, ensuring consistent brand identity throughout all touchpoints Work closely with the Branding and Marketing team necessarily to promote events and get branding approval.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in design layouts, typography, and color schemes while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the event production agency to oversee the production and printing of event materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event management and graphic design, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to enhance event experiences.
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager in various administrative tasks, budget management, and reporting activities.

Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum (2) or (3) years experiences as an event planner and marketing executive.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Knowledge of event planning and and Partnership best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
