Plan Warehouse (Distribution Centre) for efficiency in both operations and capacity such as man power , daily labor , contract labor , Forklift with Operator
Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary
Maintains quality throughout the Operations process ( Daily toolbox meeting with Warehouse Team Member , Weekly Meeting with Customer (if required))
Always must follow and remind warehouse members to do safely while working
Handling and monitoring of NCR (non-conformity record) claims to vendors & customer for defectives, shortage, missing parts (incoming and delivery)
Documentation and delivery time follow up related to Warehouse & Logistics activities
Establish and maintain collaborating relationships with customers and Vendors
Monitor the Inventory accuracy and report status, All Customer of inventory stock need to do Daily Cycle Count /Weekly Cycle Count / monthly stock count activities with report to management & customer Schedule Inbound and outbound orders
Daily monitoring of Actual space utilization in warehouse ( matching with report and on ground ) and report to management & CS
Assign Warehouse Pickers to clean and tidy up indoor Warehouse and outdoor ,loading bay Area as daily basics
Will have initiatives in operation process or other development which related with job
