Job Description

• Operation of EC malls (Amazon, Rakuten, Yahoo, Qoo10, etc.) and own EC sites.
• Product information translation, product registration/listing, site update.
• Various design production.
• Responding to online shop inquiries.
• WEB customer service and order processing.
• SEO compatible (product page).
• Advertisement operation (advertisement placement/advertisement effect aggregation/analysis).
• Marketing promotion, etc.
• Posting/updating on SNS, etc.

Job Requirements

• Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 level or above
• Those who can perform basic operations on a PC (Excel, Word, etc.)

Nice to have

• Experience operating EC sites and e-commerce sites such as Amazon and Rakuten
• Site data analysis skills using Google Analytics, etc.
• SEO measures and operation experience in listing / remarketing advertisement
• Photoshop/Illustrator skills
• Coding skills in HTML.
