- To support Hotel Business operation smoothly and efficiently by using IT systems. While securing Hotel data and statistics, to maintain running well of data integrity, confidential and availability
- To setup Wireless Access Points for all guest rooms and Public Area for Guests / Visitors to gain Internet Facilities & ensure all internet links are in operational with High Speed

- To be well proficient in Basic requirement setting of OPERA PMS , Micros POS ,
- Material Control, Email, Domain Controller, PABX
- Client Installation
- Reporting setup
- To ensure all computer / laptop equipment can run good performance with minimum or no downtime and functioning well.
- Laptop / Desktop
- Printer , UPS , Scanner , Copier
- Keyboards, Mouse, etc.
- Computer Room should be kept clean , things are arranged properly and all wires and cables are labeled and arranged to prevent accidents
- Ensure knowledge of IT Disaster Recovery plan and all recovery data in case of shutdown of system. To Conduct IT recovery once a year.
- To make backup process with TAPEs and External HDD daily basis and all of Backup Tapes and HDD are stored in Fire proof safe box.
- Coordinate implementation plans with businesses operation teams
- To carry out other duties and responsibilities assigned by FC, DFC and/or Finance Manager on ad-hoc basis accurately, promptly and meeting target requirements
- It expected to cover for the IT manager in his/her absence.
