Job Description

  • Support HR team by performing a variety of HR opeartion tasks.
  • Responsible for employee recruitment, hiring, training and collect information , manage the company employees' data.
  • Organize, compile and update company's personannel records and documentation.
  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hiring, days off, leaves, warnings, terminations , exit and etc.,
  • Help in payroll managemnt preparation and payment.
  • Prepare, manage and store papaework for HR policies and procedures.
  • Answer employees' questions and provide requested informaton.
  • Collect , review and report for the various team monthly work done.
  • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities.
  • Help in office assets & equipment record, maintenance.
