Description and Requirement
Organize candidate’s data and file the necessary documents of selected successful candidate and update in database.
Recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies when necessary.
Preparing for practical tasks such as computer tasks, English tasks (4 skills when necessary)
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Coordinate exit interviews and assist in offboarding procedures for departing employees.
Preparing & updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promotion, terminating. leave records, SSB Form, manpower of office and HRIS.
Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
Assist in HR Officer & Principal for labor relations, and to carry out disciplinary action plans.
Updating and following all HR Policies and labor law as per instruction by ministry of labor.
Used HR software and manual for Payroll, attendance, SSB, OT, Income Taxes and any other benefits and deduction.
Monthly Report and Yearly Report to management.
Ensuring new Tourist Visa, E-Business Visa, Multi Business Visa, FRC and Form C are completed and processed.
Additional responsibilities assigned by Principal and management.

Requirements
Job Requirements
Full knowledge in understanding of Labor laws.
Competency in all HR related functions (C&B, L&D, Performance Management, Recruitment & Selection, etc.,)
Can use HR tools such as fingerprint machine and software.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel in advance level
Good in English 4 skills
Must be graduated, Certification for HR Management.Preferred Diploma in Human Resource Management
