Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervises the HR team in daily administration processes relating to employee relations, recruitment, staff welfare and government relations
• Maintains HR records related to employee relations, health and medical insurance and visa processes, recruitment for Section heads and above
• Prepares all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees and the management
• Conducts preliminary disciplinary administrative investigation for minor cases
• Assists the HRM/DHR in resolving grievances or in managing progressive discipline
• Conducts exit interviews for leavers and timely records reasons of their exit
• Handles various HR/hotel activities
Perform other job related duties as assigned
Working Conditions
• Must be flexible in working hours & days, including the ability & willingness to work on weekends, public holidays and evenings as and when operational needs arise, especially during important events and peak occupancy periods.
• Must be pass pre-employment medical examination
• Business trip may or/ overnight travels may be expected related to HR activities (Management teambuilding/roadshows/recruitment job fairs)
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years working experience in supervisory role at related field
- Certificate in Human Resources Management
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be fluent in oral and written English / Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (English & Myanmar Typing)
- Good administration skills
- Strong leadership skills
