Description and Requirement

  • Coordinate the learning and development plan and operation activities, and build learning and development paths for our staff
  • Identify and collect learning and development needs in the organization through job analysis, annual interview reviews and regular consultation with managers and staff;
  • search for providers, assess proposals, establish and negotiate new contracts in collaboration with all business unit, brief on needs, review and challenge training offer, etc.
  • Following-up the plan and budget advancement; regularly assess and continuously improve learning and development activities efficiency and quality
  • Establish an annual balance of all learning activities done and present key performance indicators;
  • Coordinate and work together with line manager to smoothen the performance & competence appraisal process for the Organization:
  • Assess and improve well-being in the organization:
  • Provide support in the development of HR initiatives
  • Actively participate in the review and/or drafting of HR policies and procedures;
  • Scope tools for the development of HR management systems;
  • Participate in the design and promotion of HR communication tools and media.

Requirements

  • Any graduate with bachelor’s degree or Certificate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration is more preferred.
  • Proven experience in learning and development, instructional design, or related roles, with minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Good office-based admin skills, ideally in an HR/L&D environment.
  • Experience of creating design for certificate.
  • Strong communicate with verbal or written in English and Burmese (Bilingual).
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • General understanding of HR/L&D activities.
  • Experience of working with learning and development providers, High level of integrity and ability to recognize and correct mistakes and maintain continuous improvements.
