Coordinate the learning and development plan and operation activities, and build learning and development paths for our staff
Identify and collect learning and development needs in the organization through job analysis, annual interview reviews and regular consultation with managers and staff;
search for providers, assess proposals, establish and negotiate new contracts in collaboration with all business unit, brief on needs, review and challenge training offer, etc.
Following-up the plan and budget advancement; regularly assess and continuously improve learning and development activities efficiency and quality
Establish an annual balance of all learning activities done and present key performance indicators;
Coordinate and work together with line manager to smoothen the performance & competence appraisal process for the Organization:
Assess and improve well-being in the organization:
Provide support in the development of HR initiatives
Actively participate in the review and/or drafting of HR policies and procedures;
Scope tools for the development of HR management systems;
Participate in the design and promotion of HR communication tools and media.
Any graduate with bachelor’s degree or Certificate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration is more preferred.
Proven experience in learning and development, instructional design, or related roles, with minimum 3 years of experience.
Good office-based admin skills, ideally in an HR/L&D environment.
Experience of creating design for certificate.
Strong communicate with verbal or written in English and Burmese (Bilingual).
Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
General understanding of HR/L&D activities.
Experience of working with learning and development providers, High level of integrity and ability to recognize and correct mistakes and maintain continuous improvements.
