Description and Requirement

  • Making develops, propose, and execute the Country Sales Strategy, plans to maximize corporate all sale channels to be effectiveness of distribute for general insurance overall products.
  • Responsible for managing and facilitating the professional development of the channels of sales team and to be setting and monitoring sales goals.
  • Build a Sales Pipe-line which will be monitored through a Sales Pipe-Line tracking tool.
  • Drive and implement sales initiatives and tactics to achieve sales targets and goals for each of corporate sales channels.
  • Develop and executive the FNIG core values proposition for each of the key stakeholders.
  • Establish strong relationships with banking partners, corporate sector partnes, and customers to get collaboration to achieves the company target and goals.
  • Responsible and drive for the Net Sales, Win Ratio, Cross Margins, and for all Sales Channels Cost Centre:
  • Recruit, interview, and train new members sales team.
  • To lead team and drive to achieve quarterly and yearly sales target for whole HO, branches and regional team.
  • Planning strategically weekly, monthly, yearly sales target planning, sales projects assigned from management, full responsible to achieve entire Sales team sales target by implementing effective approach and sales plans to ensure the result are in line with the company business planning mapping all projects in whole country.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Monitors the market' activities, strategies, as well as prices and to be coming up with the plan and discuss with senior management.

Requirements

  • Age 25 ~ 45 years
  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in Commerce or Business Administration: Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
  • At least 5~8 years' experience in a Sales leadership role in multinational, either Life Insurance Industry or General Insurance Industry in preferrable.
  • Intelligent, analytical, dynamic, results-oriented, strong execution skills, people management skills, outgoing personality with excellent verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Meeting with FNIG Core Values
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in Myanmar and English.
