Head of Operation (Operation Manager)

Description and Requirement

• Lead and manage all aspects of warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
• Oversee and mentor a team of operations managers and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies to drive operational improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments, including procurement and customer service, to align operations with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Any Graduate with related diploma.
• Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management
• Strong understanding of inventory management, supply chain processes, and distribution strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies.
