Assumes the duties and responsibilities of the Assist Chief Steward in his absence
Assists Assist Chief Steward in the management of the day to day operation of the Stewarding sections and informs the Chief steward of major decisions taken
Focus on Breakage
Issuing of cutlery, chinaware, buffet ware,Chemical usage
Condition and cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
To make sure cleaning schedules being follow in kitchen, F&B, back of the house areas and equipment.
Attending daily briefings
Makes sure that all machines, furniture (fridges, benches, etc.) equipment and utensils are clean and in working condition at all times. Checks all areas assigned to him in regarding to sanitation and hygiene to prevent contamination of any kind
Assists the assistant Chief steward in VIP Function or Set up throughout the hotel
2 years and above or 1 years in same position
Minimum graduate in high school
Ability to work well with others
Ability to multi-task
Adaptable and has the right attitude
Ability to work under pressure
Good communication skills
Basic English an essential
Friendly and has the positive vibes
