Provide an outstanding guest experience in registration and farewell
Maintain guest records and book reservations
Complete posting transaction and cashier responsibilities
Contact necessary staff to solve problems when challenges arise, ensuring guest comfort
Provide all guest of the hotel with a high level of friendly , courteous, personalized and efficient service
Beware of any VIPs , Long stay Guest and repeated guests staying in the hotel
Preparation for group check-in & departures
Handle early breakfast request/back to back room situation with housekeeping
Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
Help promote and sell the hotel’s facilities at every opportunity when rooming the guests
Actively listen to and consider the concerns of internal/external guests, responding appropriately and effectively.
Follow property specific procedures for handling emergency situations (e.g., evacuations, medical emergencies, natural disasters).
There may be addition tasks and responsibilities that may arise from time to time depending on the demand of the business and operational needs
Minimum 2 years work experience as Front Office Associate in a hotel
A high level of competence in using MS Office (Word and Excel)
Knowledge of Opera System is required
Hospitality Certificate is preferable
